I went to Volcano vape in Hilo on the evening of March 3rd to just get a battery for my mod. The open sign in the window was still on so I walked in. After I walked in the employee stopped what she was doing and walked up to the sign and turned it off and told me “we are closed”. I told her that her sign said they were open when I walked in and that I just needed to get a battery. She then said “I’m helping this customer and we are already closed.” I told her again that I just needed to purchase a battery and she just looked at me and said “we are closed” and walked away. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My boyfriend and I have always gone to Volcano vape to get what we need, but I guess we will be shopping elsewhere...

Very helpful staff. I just started vaping so my tolerance is low meaning anything above 2.5% I have a coughing fit. They dont carry 2.5% all they have is 5% or higher for nicotine. That kinda sux. But it is what it is. Staff member was still helpful in helping me find something smooth to get me by since everywhere else was closed on a sunday. Also big plus is that they open pretty late whereas everywhere...
