So, let's talk about delivery services for a moment, because these guys never get enough credit for showing up. After we had a great experience with Rachel at the BedMart mattress store in Kona picking out two twin XL mattresses, we awaited their delivery, which was scheduled only a couple of days out. Castle and Tim. These two gentlemen who delivered the beds called to announce when they would arrive, arrived on time, with smiles on their faces. What more do you want in delivery? Oh, I'm not done yet. They handled the beds and our walls with care, up two flights of stairs (good Lord and one of them was a split staircase with a sharp turn), and assembled them exactly as I asked them to. We knew we also needed to purchase a sofa from BedMart Furniture (yes, because we didn't want to go anywhere else after our experience with Rachel and now with Castle and Tim...because...why go anywhere else with this kind of service?) and hoped to see Castle and Tim again.

UPDATE: After we purchased a sofa from the BedMart Furniture Store in Kona, we awaited delivery. Guess what? Castle appeared again! Our new trustworthy, friendly delivery man! This time he brought Ariel with him. As with our first delivery experience, they called ahead, arrived on time, and carefully and professionally maneuvered at the new sofa to its rightful position in our living room condo. It looks and feels so much better than the original older sofa. Dave's help was spot on! And Castle and Ariel did a great job at delivering it unscathed!

Read moreIt was a really professional amazingly of A to Z customers services from Dave and Dallas two gentlemen at BedMart store in NE Cornell Rd Beaverton Oregon, especially Dave was really the best of care and very knowledgeable with family friendly treats customers as treat his family so my sister, my brother and I really save a lot of money with getting the right Tempur-Dic bed set beautifully, thankful to you Dave and also thanks a lot to Darryl Cromwell and Sean Miller two awesome experts with kindness of care to my sister’s bed set carried up to her home and they even forgot their tired. They gave her time to try on remote and feel the bed with no rushing, and explain all levels of the right leg for her bed with taking time and very family’s treated even they still need deliver to two more families that day. We are really strong recommending to everyone who want an full comfort with care and knowledgeable of good experiences and have a last Angel touch on bed for every sleeping night with waking up like in cared of God, then you don’t want missed out full comfort with care as family from these four men. More specially are Dave, Darryl and Sean’s well top perfectly of care to customers for last. I purchased a bed for 6700$ and was told if I am not satisfied with the bed after two weeks then I can return it. When I called the store to arrange for a return the gal Prixie said I could not return the frame and it was their store policy. That policy was not explained to me when I purchased the bed with Gram's help, I was specifically told that my entire purchase can be returned within 120 days if I am not satisfied. I merely wanted to return the bed and find something simple and order a custom couch in addition. But because Prixie was completely unwilling to work with me she told me to call back tomorrow and speak to the person who helped me purchase the bed, I do not want anything from this company.
