Long Review This is rare for me I have not given a review like this ever. But I am annoyed Mai was my nail artist. 3 stars is for the my same experience twice, I would have given 5 stars because talented she is. Mai is moody and somewhat argumentative, I've experienced nothing to say to you during a service to talkative. When you have vision for a certain look it sometimes just doesn't always come out as expected however what you're not going to do is talk to me any way you want. Today is the 2nd time it happened and that's 2 to many time where I spend my money. I showed her a picture of what I had in mind which was Cheetah/Leopard print, she states oh that look is on longer stilettos and the print has to be smaller, me sure no problem, she said let me show you a picture I focused in on the size of the design, when she got ready to start, shows me a color which I honestly thought was the base color, I agreed and she started the design then showed me and I said oh where is the brown to stand out, Mai said this is it I showed you the color I said well that looks like the base color a light tan so when she added the black it just looked like black dots, she then goes on to say and I showed you the pic and I said you showed me the picture for size not color. She then points to a little pallet where she put a little on it to show me the color and said I also asked you, I said well my apology I thought that was the base color and i looked at the size of the design on that picture. Now I'm annoyed because as a paying client I have the right to adjust the look before full completion only 1 nail was done, I also look for expertise from the artist as in hey the light tan is blending in and it looks the same as base coat is that good for you. As a business owner for 27 years what I learned is not to go back and forth with someone especially if the client is non problematic and doesn't cause problems on a norm. She then gets an attitude, no bye, no thank you for coming in etc. I still tipped her $5 and I tipped Wendy who does my pedicures $5, again never looked up and said thank you when she was notified I tipped her $5. Walked into Nailbox by Tiffany expecting your usual pedicure... walked out wondering if my feet now qualify for a skincare sponsorship. Seriously this wasn't a pedicure, it was a full-blown vacation for my lower feet that will definitely make my girlfriend jealous. I went all in with the Delux Spa Pedicure because why not treat myself like the royalty I clearly am? We're talking organic lavender oils, actual Whole Foods orange slices dipped in fancy gelatin spa stuff (it's like a fruit salad for your feet), and a steam facial machine... but for your toes :D I'm still not entirely sure how it works, but my feet haven't stopped smiling since. :) The massage chair? Life-changing. It had more settings than my air fryer and somehow knew exactly where I held all my stress. If your feet have carried you through years of poor decisions, questionable shoes, and Costco runs... do the right thing and bring them here. Tiffany and family will bring your feet back from life!...

recently visited Nailbox by Tiffany and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and chic. Tiffany is incredibly talented and truly goes above and beyond to ensure that every client feels pampered. My nails have never looked better—her attention to detail is unmatched, and the quality of the products she uses is top-notch.

I opted for a gel manicure and it lasted flawlessly for over two weeks. The color selection is also amazing, and Tiffany helped me pick out a perfect shade that matched my style. The whole process was relaxing, and I could tell that Tiffany genuinely cares about her craft and her clients.
