The customer service given by Joshua was top notch earlier this week. I went in for a brake light bulb at 7:40am in which he looked up the part number and found it in the aisle for me. While ringing my purchase up, I had mentioned that I had a sore back and thank goodness my husband noticed that my light was out this morning. I intended to drive to my husbands work to have him replace it. Joshua asked if I wanted him to take a look at it. I was shocked by his friendliness and level of service he was giving me. He changed it out in minutes and took my old bulb for me. What a fantastic employee! Thank you for training your associates to care about their customers. Disappointed, I called to order parts "Victor" quoted a different price was told they would give me 20 percent off each item . When ready to purchase no Discount was applied. All the employee "Alexis", said was sorry no its full price. Luckily I was fortunate to have an extra $60.00 . If that wasn't the cause I could just imagine how difficult it could've been if I couldn't provide the whole amount. They need to be more accurate with what telling costumers. I almost was hesitant to go inside only because the way things have been nowadays and the last few years I really don’t like shopping in store anymore mainly because it seems that employees have become vigilant mean people and a lot of times I feel it starts from the higher ups, bosses and leaders.

I went in, and was immediately greeted and helped by Alexis who made my visit there feel worth going inside, he was super helpful by being knowledgeable and getting me what I needed and he also killed any bit of anxiety I may have had.
