Worst experience of my life. Stood around for 20 MINUTES while 3 people ignored me. THREE PEOPLE. No one acknowledged me when I came in, no one acknowledged me after 10 minutes, no one acknowledged me after 20 minutes! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. At least 1 person should have said something... like we are all busy we will be with you. NOT ONE PERSON!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER go to this place again. I purchased an aftermarket shower pressure valve from them and it caused my water pressure to significantly drop. I picked up an American Standard OEM from the Home Depot and replaced it to resolve the problem and it proved that their valve was defective. When I went to return it, they didn't want to hear it and suggested that I deal with the manufacturer instead. Making it my headache was their solution! I was having a difficult time getting the manufacturer and their rep to replace the system which was under warranty. I reached out to GPS manager Lance. He asked me to give him time to research the issue. Within 2 days he solved the problems and cut through all the red tape. He called to tell me everything will be replaced.
