It is a Starbucks, but seems to be a very poorly run location. Showed up about 15-20 minutes before they were supposed to close specifically to get a drink while traveling.
No staff anywhere to be seen, waited around until a few minutes after the hour ...
Finally several staff members came out from hiding in the storage closet?!?
A staff member made some comment, vaguely asking if we wanted something. Said we had stopped for drinks ... We were accused of showing up after they closed and it was too late. We commented, in a patient way, about having waited for a while since they were supposed to be open and got a rude reply and some lame excuse about the machine taking too long (even though it shouldn't be shut down before they even close). A very rude, complete lack of service.
Amazing that they are still open with such rude staff and a poorly run location. Left and drove on to another location, which was well run with extremely friendly staff.

Read moreI was just at the Starbuck's next to Dillon's. Ordered a half caf americano. Tasty drink but it was lukewarm for temperature. I was told: "well, that is bc you wanted extra cream in your drink". I have had dozens of Starbuck hot drinks that were hot even after the half and half is added! She did offer to make another one which is somewhat of a waste of a drink, and I don't think it would have solved the problem of a drink maker that is not actually serving hot water for the drink's base. Also, it would have been appreciated to be offered a way to warm up the drink which I imagine existed somewhere in the Dillon's store. At the very least, customer service 101 is in order for these...

I ordered a grande and eventually cub, and when they gave me the full amount of coffee they you wouldn't give me enough cream in it. They wanted to charge me for a venti for a grande coffee. The guy wouldn't find a way to work it out with me.And I call that extremely poor customer servic. Starbucks lost a customer today. I have never I had an issue at Starbucks before with an employee, not letting me have my coffee or working...
