Namekagon General Store — Local services in Hayward

Phenomenal shop! I've been in need of a belt for a couple of years and haven't been able to find the perfect one, until I stepped into Namekagon General Store. I was able to hand select the perfect color of leather. They then measured my size and punched holes and screwed in the buckle on site. It only took a few minutes and I was able to chat with one of the store owners and she hand made my new belt for me. She was incredibly kind and accommodating and very sweet to my two little girls. I plan to visit again next time I'm in Hayward. They welcomed me back and said that they would make any adjustments next time I'm in town if I need any....

Had another amazing experience here but this one deserves a review. The woman helping my boyfriend and I yesterday was so so great. She helped my boyfriend pick out a new Swiss Army knife and then fit it with a sheath and helped him be sure of his purchase. I was interested in a wallet and without pressuring me at all she helped me pick out a lifelong wallet (Osgoode Marley) that I’m totally in love with and can’t stop thinking about! The options are endless in that little store. We stop here every time we come but this time was extra great....

Firstly, when you walk in, the smell is incredible! I love the variety of leather colors they have and everything is that lovely butter soft leather feel.
