I bought some LED lightbulbs here that didn’t work for me. I couldn’t find my receipt but used a credit card. Using an inventory tracker, they determined that it had been over 2 weeks since anyone had bought those lightbulbs. Since it was over 2 weeks, they would not give me a refund OR a store credit. Most stores can track purchases through your credit card. Also, why not give customers a store credit? I told them to keep the lightbulbs, as I wouldn’t be able to use them. I don’t care for their business practices and will not be shopping here anymore. As an aside, at certain times they have been playing very loud distracting music in their Milwaukee tool section.
