Selah Mobile Coffee — Restaurant in Hayward

So here is the deal -- the coffee is pretty good and they are usually pretty fast. My issue came from the owner which is unfortunate as I truly like to support local.

My partner and I travel the country with our 3 doggos and they enjoy getting a "pup cup" (Dixie cup with whip cream, most also include a dog treat on top) when we get our coffee on our way to a dog park. After successfully coming to Selah for coffee and pup cups daily for over a week we were told they ran out of the small cups two days in a row. So when we picked up groceries we purchased a pack of the same cups they had been using and brought them with us the next day for pup cups which the doggos were super happy for. Then we go back the following day and are told, per the owner, no more pup cups. No other reason, just no more. When I asked for my cups back, they didn't have them.

Listen, I get that they are free (as they are at every coffee stand), but you just lost my business. I would have been happy to pay something for the pup cups, but since the owner seems to be penny-wise and a pound foolish, I'll just go to backroads with my $10...

I grew up in Minong/Hayward area when I was younger & come back & visit when I can and it’s been so great having this coffee place so close! The coffee is amazing!
