Tried to workout here during my family’s vacation to Hayward… called the manager but she never picked up. She called me back after calling her twice and left a voicemail telling me to stop by during business hours to get checked in for the week. I stopped by to check in DURING POSTED BUSINESS HOURS and the doors were locked. I reached out again both by phone, text and email and heard nothing back for the remainder of my vacation (I was in town for 5 days). A well maintained and managed fitness facility. Staff work hard to keep members happy and are very personable. Eight brand new top of the line treadmills were brought in last week. Two other pieces of cardiovascular equipment were also added. Lots of choices to complete your workout and improve your health. It’s small and just barely gets the job done. Nothing is impressive. If there’s more than a few people there you may have to wait on somethings to complete your workout. The air conditioning either doesn’t work or doesn’t exist so summer are brutal. On top of it all they are increasing prices after it took them a month to fix a leak in a pipe and haven’t done anything to improve or justify a price increase.
