CUSTOMER SINCE 2019. DONT ORDER DELIVERY!! THEY WONT DELIVER AND WILL LEAVE YOU CLUELESS!!! I called after my scheduled time and they said it was on its way. Then they call me back and tell me they just started bagging it and it’ll be here in 3 hours. Such a waste of time. WORST DISPO IN MICHIGAN! HOD IS BETTER THAN BREEZE. I came into the lobby and there was one other person there already. I signed in to go into the show room, sat down and waited. A third customer comes in (3 in store at the time) the two customers went into the back before I did & payed and left before I even was acknowledged. I kindly went up to the women at the window and asked why I was sitting down for 30 mins when there was not one customer other than me in the lobby. She said she canceled my “in showroom tour” or whatever, and seemed very irritated and was rude with me. Very unprofessional and not customer friendly at all. Also bought their concentrate (wax gram) and it was oozing out of the container and they said there was nothing they could do about it as “it was the merchants fault”. So I basically payed 25$ for a quarter gram of what should’ve been a full gram. I’ve had minor issues in the past that were fixed NO PROBLEM, nowadays it seems like customers no longer matter. I’ve been going to breeze since it first opened, and I’ve been very loyal to that dispensary especially when I live far away and have much closer options. Such a terrible experience at Breeze, I've been a valued customer since they've opened their doors. On numerous occasions I've received sub par quality products. I'm not a picky man, it takes too much energy to complain. Last Friday night I grabbed some pre rolls made by "The Factory" Breeze had advertised on sale. I get home light one up it's moldy, this is a reoccurring theme at Breeze in my personal experience and others. We always joke, Breeze, they call it that, because they allowed the breeze in while the bud was curing , and allowed it to mold. Ingenuis marketing with a name like that. Anyway, I called to finally complain, and was met by the manager treating me with disdain and utter disrespect it's a shame, the entitlement of certain employees and their inability to handle customer relations lost you a valued customer. I told the manager, I'm not looking for a refund, but mold is harmful to the lungs, and jeopardizing the health and well being of your customers is nothing short of a travesty truly. The manager proceeded to call me a liar, and told me to bring the product back in. My apologies I don't have the product from last weekend, and I'm not asking for a refund, I'm letting you know, as a customer who's never complained in 3 years of frequenting your establishment your product is moldy, I can taste it, anyone smoking it can taste it. Came in for Black Friday to pick up $1000 of concentrates. Had two kinds, harvested 3 and 6 months ago. All rosin was in a glass case under bright lights and there was NO FRIDGE. It's 2023, rosin grams average $40-70 plus tax and you can't purchase a fridge from Best Buy as a business tax write off for $100-150. Costco just had a gigantic one for $200 on Black Friday. Any dispensary makes bare minimum $500-1000 per day on concentrates, you can buy a SubZero Fridge, a Viking Stove for your break room, and a 100" TV and still have money for the fridge. Overall, it's really embarrassing to sell rosin at that price and not refridgerate it shows that either you dont know what you are doing (which isnt the case bc all rosin boxes have BEST KEPT IN FRIDGE on the box itself) or you just dont give enough of a care to spend DOLLARS to help your customers that spend MILLIONS. The rest of the stuff in store were months old, probably because no one steps foot in there. 3 other dispos had 6 kinds of rosin, all harvested in the last 1-2 months, all refrigerated, all on 9 mile walking distance from you. I did not buy anything from you but this is just to let the manager know that the entire set up and vibe of your dispo is anti-consumer and they can tell that's why on Black Friday i was the ONLY individual there in the busiest mile of dispensaries outside of Ann Arbor/Monroe.
