If I could give it negative stars I would. Picked up a prescription andwhen I got home it was the wrong amount of pills. I called 4 times to speak to someone and each time I waited on hold up to 5 minutes before I hung up and called back. When I finally got through on the 5th time they picked up and then hung up. The 6th time I got the young lady at the counter. She told me to bring the pills back and they would give me a my 90 day supply. Then she gave me to the pharmacist for him to explain why I only received 14 pills instead of my 90 day supply. He said it was changed to make it easier to pick up all my medications at once. Which made no sense to me. Every 14 days as supposed to every three months is allot more often. When I tried to ask him who made this change he was rude and unprofessional taking over me when I tried to ask a question. He told me he died not know who made the change and I can't bring them back and if I don't like how things are run get your subscriptions done somewhere else. And finished with before hanging up that he can't wait until March when they phones are shut off. He was insulting unprofessional and I will never use that pharmacy again for me...
   Read moreUpdate Monday 11/25/2024, fifth call I finally got through to a person. She asked what was needed, I said test strips. But she had to call the doctor to get a new prescription. So when I checked online for CVS and there was test strips ordered but they neglected to also give the lancet and also alcohol strips. What pharmacist doesn't order everything needed for taking your blood sugar. Keansburg pharmacy closed down. I was told all scripts will be transfered to cvs in keansburg (hazlet). I have called this store many times only to get a message machine saying leave your name dob and phone number and we'll get back to you in one hour or less. Four days, four messages left and to no surprise NO CALL OR TEXT BACK.    Read moreAs a snowbird I use a store in Florida and this store. The people in Florida are great, this location has a serious problem with employees. The tech in always angry and not very nice. To me it seems like she thinks old people are dumb because they do not understand her. If many people do not understand you maybe you are the problem. I was telling the store manager today about how she was treating the person in front of me and the manager walked away like she did not want to hear it.
