Awful management. A few months ago, called to check stock for my car, they had it, allowed me to pay over the phone and my mechanic went to pick it up and repair my car while im at work. Seamless and smooth. Now, they have minimal stock available for my car, tell me it's $39 for the special. They refuse to let me pay over the phone and tell me I have to go online and create a pick up order. I go online and online shows no stock for my car except a different one than in store. Online refuses to give me the oil change advertised price and charges me $11 more than when I just called ($50). Im told online they won't give you same price as in store. I told them my mechanic, who was a lady would be coming to pick it up, exactly what she looked like and her name with a copy of the order and receipt from online purchase. That wasn't good enough, they required her to have my ID now to pick it up. Then still act like they are unsure of giving the mechanic my oil. They treated us like we are scammers and possibly frauding someone out $50 worth of oil and filter (that shouldve been $39) for a very specific car type. Really? Very unhelpful and unpleasant to deal with. Will not use this store again for anything and will drive further in opposite direction to get parts and save my $11 I was just cheated out of as well because prices are different online where we push you to. Avoid this...

I would love to give this store 5 stars because up until today the customer experience has been OUTSTANDING, but today was very different. There is one employee (Cody) that has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. What could’ve been just two trips to the store became 4 trips to this location and one to the Dothan store. He doesn’t seem to know anything about the parts or inventory that the store carries. He can’t seem to find anything in the back & his excuse for taking so long to retrieve something for me was that it was on a top shelf and he is scared of heights. I will say this though, my last visit to the store today was much better, we were greeted and helped by Stephen who made sure to apologize for his co-workers attitude and lack of experience as well as making sure that we had everything needed before...

I stopped here after my trip to Panama City because I was having coolant issues and it turned out to be my radiator 3 hours from home, I really want to give a huge shout out to the manager Steven. He was a really great help, an like my wife said I hope everything you want out of life you get because you deserve it for the person you are. Will always be thankful for the service you provided for us and will be popping in on our next vacation and hope you are there. P.S. My daughter wants...
