As a professional this place is very unorganized. Especially when needing items from the warehouses. Some of the employees I've encountered when asking where the lumber is, or where the drywall is, pointed me in different directions and each claimed that I needed to do something different to aquire each one. 2 of them had to ask someone else in regards to how I get the lumber. Not to mention, upon paying for the lumber and driving around back, I had to pick through the worst bundle of 2x6s I've ever seen. The ratio of acceptable boards was maybe 4 out of 10 "acceptable" boards. I feel that this particular store has no competitionfrom other stores, resulting in a vibe of complacency with inefficient procedures, disorganization and poor cross training of employees.
