I used to like going here but now I am switching cars due to the lack of communication and their malpractice. Firstly, I had a rough pregnancy and did not get the care I needed due to sectary errors. They would schedule me for an appointment, then would cancel it saying I had a different insurance which I did not. Then when I would reschedule it, they would run the correct insurance then schedule me and yet again I’d get a call saying they’re canceling due to me having a different insurance. Then after giving birth, I had a checkup for myself and my daughter. I was told my daughter could be seen early and to bring her in, we would be seen within 5-10 minutes. Mind you she is a new born with no vaccinations yet and it is flu season. They had us waiting for 40 minutes. I left extremely upset. They called and I basically told them how unprofessional this was. They said they would also send my prescription to my other pharmacy as I didn’t want to go back there. Well, they never sent the prescription to my pharmacy instead they filled it at their pharmacy without my knowledge. This prescription is extremely important for high blood pressure.    Read moreI went to this dentist in August of 2017, they told me they were in network, it turns out they were not in my network. That wasn’t the issue, the issue was they didn’t file a claim to my insurance for five months, in January 2018. Their rate was $100 and I was allowed 2 visits to the dentist per calendar year. They were my first visit to the dentist, but since they waited five months to file, my insurance company had already paid 2 claims for $44 per visit and refused their claim. If they filed on time my insurance company would’ve paid the $100 and the second visit for $44 leaving me with a $44 bill to pay. I offered to pay that and their account rep Sherry, I’m guessing up in Portland, basically just kept repeating the same propaganda, ignoring the fact that their incompetence was the reason I was having to pay more and demanding I pay the full amount.

I’ve been coming here for so long and it’s gone downhill drastically. I’m never coming back. The nurse did not listen at all to how I was feeling, and wanted to assume for me what I was feeling, and not once did the “doctor” come in after the nurse said “she’s coming in soon” Then a prescription was quickly made for me, for something I MIGHT have, (there was no thorough check up to assume I needed any medicine yet) and was told that was it and to exit.
