Falling apart building and flooded entry, displays still missing and not set up. They removed some good displays that were there on day two but not now. Unpleasant register experience! Employees need better training on how to interact appropriately with customers. Once at the register I was instructed to give my email address, not asked or told why. Then I was asked how much I would be donating to charity….not asked if I would like to….having someone say “how much will you be donating today?” Isn’t a comfortable greeting. I'm glad this place opens in Helena every year for Halloween, because they always have the stuff that I'm looking for, and I don't have to order it online. I'm able to try things on and make sure they're going to work before I purchase them.
