Sierra — Local services in Helena

This place was amazing! This is like a winners or Ross but for outdoor store products. They carry some amazing brands like L.L Bean, umbra, North Face, Columbia, UGG, Lole, and more! They carry active wear for the whole family and the selection is unbelievable. They have a huge selection of shoes and boots. So many puffy jackets! They have a lot of dog toys, some seasonal decorations and home goods, backpacks, calling gear, and more! I was shocked at the prices and selection. This is a great place to come for affordable gifts and things for yourself....

A saw this store just opened. Do I went in to check it out. I bought a couple sweat outfits. Tops and pants. When I got home, I noticed the tops were too small. I went back to the store and they refused to return the items. " They must be in sellable condition". They were only 2 days old!

You just lost a customer. Not a good way of getting return customers. Apparently you need the money since the site is dead, no customer service checkout but one person.

Current associates are very slow, don't want to go out of there way to help if you call in, and returns are the worst. Sierra itself has great priced quality items for the outdoors/clothing, but the manager and other associates make us try to avoid going there. Have not had 1 good experience yet shopping here numerous times. I usually don't leave reviews, but this store needs...
