A few months back, I lost a ring that was a remembrance to my father. I didn't plan on replacing it for a while, as it's not a cheap investment. One day, however, I was surprised with this gorgeous ring and I was moved to tears for days after. Lauryn at Jensen helped my closest friends and mother design this ring without my knowledge. I have a Sterling silver wedding ring set. One of the stones fell out. I went in to see if the jeweler could set the stone. At first he said no because he didn't want to mess up the painted design. I told him it's not a big deal it's rubbing off anyway. Then he respectfully declined because he didn't have the tools to work on something the quality of my rings. Dawn has been a life saver! I moved to PA a few months ago and had forgotten about my gift certificate I have for this store. I contacted them via their website and I couldn't be happier that Dawn was the one to reach out to me. She has gone way above and beyond by tracking down the band of my engagement ring from another store, having it sent to her, then hand selecting various wedding bands that look good with it and sending tons of photos to me.
