OVER ALL A DECENT ESTABLISHMENT EVEN BETTER WHEN THE FOOD IS FRESH BUT THERES BEEN MUTIPLE OCCASIONS WHEN ITS VERY APPERENT FOOD HAS BEEN SITTING FOR A LONG PERSIOD LILE THE HONEY WALNUT SHIP BECOMES SUPER MUSHY AND SHIP INSIDE VERY TOUGH. 2 OUT OF MY LAST 5 VISITS HAS HAD THIS ISSUE WHEN THIS HAPPENS IT EFFECTS FLAVOR MY HUSNAD COMPLAINS THE SAME ABOUT TGE SELECTIONS HE MAKES IM ASSUMING THIS IS ON SLOW DAYS WHEN ITS BUSY AND THE ITEMS ARE SELLING QUICK FOOD IS CONSTENTLY FRESH BUT I HIGHLY SUSGET THAT THE STAFF ROTAT THE OLD FOR NEW MORE OFTEN WHEN ITS SLOW I KNOW THERE TRYING TO PREVENT WASTE BUT WHEN I LEAVE FEELING MY MOMEY WAS A TOTAL WASTE BECAUSE THE FOODS GONE STALE ITS CLEAR THAT SOMETHING NEEDS IMPROOVMENT SO I RECOMMED GOING WHEN ITS BUSY AROUND LUNCH TIME AND DINNER AND ON WEEK ENDS AVOID THE LAST HOUR OF BUSSINESS OR JUST BE LIKE MY SELF AND TAKE THE FOOD BACK AND ASK HE BE PREPARED FRESH AS ITS SUB PAR. Read moreI ordered my online order using a phone, but not the mobile app just after 6:30. I selected a "Bigger Plate" 3 entree and 1 side and was charged accordingly. I marked the pickup time as 7:15 to give the workers time to prepare my meal and to run other errands before picking up my food. I arrived at panda at about 7:10 and did not really think anything of my food not being ready as I was about 5 minutes early. I patiently waited by the order pickup until 7:20 when the food still was not ready. I walked up the to right register as someone was being rung up on the left register and waited my turn to be helped. I waited there for almost 15 minutes while every worker completely ignored me and not a single worker even made eye contact with me or anything. At 7:35 I stood in front of the other register blocking off any other customers from being rung up at which point an employee finally acknowledged that I was there for the first time. I was very impolitely asked what I wanted. At which point I showed my receipt for my online order and that I was very unhappy that my order was supposed to be done over 20 minutes ago and that not a single person acknowledged that I was there. The employee's response back to this was that I was responsible for getting the attention of a worker in order to get my online order made. Basically stating that it was my fault that my order was not prepared yet and criticized me for not getting an employees attention even though I had stood at the register for almost 20 minutes at that point trying to get an employee to even look at me and none of them would. The employee then went to get my to go order and handed me the bag without saying anything and turned around and went to help someone else. I drove home and opened the box to find out that even though I paid for a "Bigger Plate" that my portions were that of a normal plate because all three of my entree items fit into the two entree spots. The sides were what normally come with the meal and I have no problem with that, but I paid extra for an additional entree item, that should not mean that I get 3 half scoops of entrees instead of 2 whole scoops of entrees that you get for a cheaper price. Read moreThe food used to be good, but over the last six months or so the quality has dropped tremendously. Each time I’ve gotten food here the past few months, the fried rice got worse and worse. The vegetables used to be crisp and fresh tasting, now all you can expect is an overcooked, rubbery, soggy mess. There also seems to always be some mistake with my order now as well. Last time I got food here-about a month ago-the kids meals I ordered only came with the entrees; they completely forgot the sides. We only use the drive through now due to the pandemic, and this mistake wasn’t caught until after we had gotten back home. I called to tell them what had happened and see if they could offer a refund for the missing food, and their solution was for me to drive back across town to come get what they hadn’t included in our meal. No refund of course. Tonight, I decided to give them one last shot. The fried rice was undercooked, dry, and bland. The broccoli in my broccoli beef was practically mush. My daughter’s veggie side was also soggy and mushy. This kids loves vegetables. They’re usually the first thing gone from her plate. She took one bite of these and gagged. She also ordered a side of noodles, which were not included in her meal; they mistakenly gave her fried rice instead. We also ordered cream cheese wontons.
