Went to Appliances 4 Less, had a great experience with Jenny and her husband Qisen. Called my warranty company when my washer broke, this Monday will be one week that I contacted the warranty company and as of yet I haven't heard Bliss warranty, or the Integrity Admin Group, called every day of the week except Friday. People I spoke with were horrible and did not give me any information. And I have not heard from a contractor about fixing my washer. So, I got on the phone and ended up talking to the husband and wife at Appliances 4 Less. He was so helpful on the phone, I got dressed and was there within an hour. Knowledgeable, friendly and very hard workers obviously, they were the only ones open on Sunday. So they got my business, and I'm so pleased that I called them and that nobody else answered my call. Whoever answered my call was going to get my business. And he explained everything to me down to the details of the warranty and made a sale. Bought the washer and dryer from them, and they will deliver it on Monday. As today is Sunday. I bet he gets here before the warranty company calls me! I kind of feel sorry for this place. It's a combination of things. I think the manager tries hard. I think the place is clean and I should probably give more than just one star. I'm going to hold off. I need to see how management treats the customers. I need to see how difficult it is to cancel and whether or not they expect the customer to stand under head with their thumbs up or do weird stuff like that in order to accomplish that feat.
