I came here on 2/24/2023 to get my screen replaced for my laptop. I was told by Troy that he had a screen on hand that could work with my laptop. I tried to call the following Monday to get a status update but if you call the provided number it sends you to a voicemail. I decided to show up myself to get a status update. I was essentially given the run around for the next two weeks every time I showed up to see the progress of the work. I was finally told at the end of the second week that the screen they had didn't work and they needed to order a new one. By the third week I had run out of patience and decided to just retrieve my laptop. Troy tells me he couldn't get the screen to work but he shows me that the laptop can still connect to HDMI, which I accepted because I needed my laptop back that day. So I paid him 80 dollars for "labor" and went on my way only to find out when I got home that Troy had removed a stick of RAM from my laptop rendering it inoperable. I was already suspicious of this place long before this happened but this all but confirmed my suspicions that something shady is going on here. When I went back to the store to retrieve my RAM, Troy told me that he tried to call me which was a lie. I took my daughter’s gaming laptop to this place on 2/28/24 and the guy said he could fix it so I asked how much he told me he’ll need $180 to order the part and so gave it to him then I asked how long will it be he said a week and I said ok a week goes by and I wanted to check on the status so I drove up there the following week as the phone wasn’t working and I get there to get a status update on the laptop he proceeds to tell me that the part had not come in but he would check so now I’m wondering if he even ordered the part so I ask is there a timeline as to when this will fixed he has no clue I say ok and leave now another week goes past we’re at today 03/15/24 and I am irritated so I go up there looking for answers I tell him why I’m there and he tells me again that the part has not come in and he would check on it I grow tired with his excuse so I got the computer back maybe he doesn’t fix gaming but he wanted the money idk.. beware...

These guys are computer Guru's. My computer is used for work and wouldn't even load properly when I turned it on at my office. All my data and viral information was on my computer.
