Burger Rush — Restaurant in Hemet

I have been coming to this Burger Rush located near the corner of Stetson Avenue and Gilbert Street for years...actually, since it first opened. The menu prices, truthfully, are a bit on the higher side. But, the food is made fresh to order with sizable portions and really worth what you pay for. The customer service is excellent as the young lady at the register has been the same girl from the beginning from just about when the place opened. She is so nice, friendly, always has a smile on her face and never fails to say hello, ask how my day is going and how my family is doing. She goes out of her way to help and answer any questions I have about menu items or how certain foods are prepared. I've never had to return my food for any reason because it is always well cooked, always fresh and always delicious. There are many different menu items to choose from that I never fail to have options if I want to order something different each time I go. Even though I could eat their cheeseburger special every day and never tire of it. I highly recommended Burger Rush knowing that you won't regret choosing to try them. Delivery charge is only $3 if your total is more than $10. Not having to use DoorDash, GrubHub or Postmates because of their delivery fees, taxes and driver tip is why I tend to choose ordering direct from BR if I need delivery service. I was in the mood for a big fat juicy burger and greasy fries and zucchini with ranch and this place did not miss. I had originally planned ok hitting up one of the local Steve's spots but traffic in town was a mess so I skipped. Upon getting closer to my aide of town I recalled burger Rush (I hadn't eaten here in years but fondly remembered it so decided to pop in). There was no wait/line, I ordered to go (double Cheeseburger combo with horchata to drink, a 2pc chicken strip kids meal which also includes fries and drink I opted for the orange whip, also got a side of fried zucchini and lots of ranch) Definitely greasy so I'm planning on heart burn but it was what my body was craving and it was so damn good The fries and zucchini had been fried when ordered so nice and hot. I also really enjoy that it's a skinny zucchini almost like a large French fry which I'm a fan of, the fries were also nice hot salty and delicious. My kiddo enjoyed his chicken strips too. The horchata was nice, bit sweet but still very good tho a soda probably would've paired better with my burger I still enjoyed it. The orange whip always...

We have been customers since it opened.It used to be good, nicely presented,place clean. I got à to go pastrami sandwich dinner. The pastrami was dry,dull dark brown color, lukewarm, no fatty trim (dry,not juicey) and less méat than usuel. Salad was alrightbut did have some wilted, brown,wet lettuce and one very skinny pièce ove tomate cut in halo. Finally, it comes with FF, zuchini, onlon rings. I ask them to take away the onion rings and they give extra FF and zuchini. Not today! Usually the dinner box is full. Not tokay! I let go of an occasional mistake but this was overwhelming. So I called the woman, made sure I was polite, asked for à refond if she agréed, said I would bring back the food. She said take a picture or bring it back TONIGHT. Isaid I am an older Lady with no car and that I did not know how to take a picture and I could have my son bring it over in the morrning. She said no, it must be tonight.we both ended polite but Firm. I told her that customers vote with their money and their feel and I would not be returning, would not ever reccomend their restaurant.We agreed...
