I tried going in for a new battery for my key fob. The associate was very rude and didnt put in an effort to provide high quality customer service. I politely informed him I needed a battery for my key fob (provided the details of what car i had) and said he wasnt able to look it up in his system that way. I asked if he could open my fob to look and see what battery my key fob has and he just said no (didn't provide a reason why). This is by far the best NAPA store I visited. I needed brake pads and rotors for my Jeep. This is the ONLY store in my area that had them showing on their app as in stock. I called ahead to confirm the parts were in stock before making the hour drive to the store. Once there we discovered we needed a brake code.
