My family and I purchased a bedroom suit from Sam's furniture in Aug. We purchased a set off the floor and ordered a nightstand to go along with the set.
After waiting a month, I called Sam's and was told the night stand would be there in a month and they would contact me.
After another month went by I called again. This time they told me it would be October before it arrived. I patiently waited again. It was November when I finally called again.
I spoke to a man who said he could check the system to see when my nightstand would be arriving. After several minutes on hold he told me he couldn't see it in the system and he'd get back to me.
After waiting an additional two months with no answers and no call backs, it's unfortunate that Sam's furniture can't provide basic customer service. My wife wants the product we purchased. I just want to be reassured that Sam's furniture didn't forget about us the day it took my money.
I understand the pandemic has effected manufacturer's ability to forecast but that's not what has effected your ability to communicate. Unfortunately, complacency has.
Update- Finally received the night stand after 8 months and of course a small corner is damaged. Oh well, updated to two stars for finally getting the product...

Read moreWe purchased a couch, love seat and kitchen dinette during the big Labor Day weekend sale so we got an awesome deal and the representatives helping us throughout the process were extremely helpful. About a month after receiving our furniture, we noticed what seemed to be a manufacturer's defect in the table top (splitting wood). Owner, Mr. Britt Sams, who informed us that the manufacturer does not usually warranty the products once they are in the customer's homes, was able to work with the manufacturer to pay for and replace the table for us. We could not be more pleased with the customer service we were shown and will always, when given the chance, refer our friends and family....
