This place is a bright spiritual oasis in the desert of misery that is Las Vegas…I’m from New York City, my standards are ridiculously high and for me to be moved to leave a review is a BIG DEAL. First and foremost JERICA & HARMONY are absolute angels, they were patient, friendly and knowledgeable — qualities that are missing in most people I’ve encountered in this city everywhere from retail stores to doctor’s offices so to be treated so kindly and professionally by them was a delight and relief on so many levels. They provided me the kind of service that makes me excited to come back and purchase more just for the pleasant interaction alone. Beyond this the store is impeccable, neatly organized and beautifully stocked. The energy in the store is pure and high vibrational, you can tell the owners care deeply about the quality of what they sell, the crystals are gorgeous and reasonably priced considering their obvious high quality. I had no doubt about the validity or quality of any of the crystals there which is a first because even the more expensive places back in nyc sell some dubious wares for ridiculous prices …this place clearly has more integrity than that. The herb selection is extensive and fresh, and I was deeply impressed by how clean and sanitarily they are handled. I’m a person that gets overstimulated easily and typically can’t handle being in any store for very long but here I didn’t even need my headphones (even the playlist was good vibes!) and nothing about the store was visually overwhelming which is crazy when you see how vast the selection is. I could have stayed for hours just perusing through the isles and soaking up the good vibes, if I could I would have bought up everything they had (slowly but surely I just might!) I am beyond impressed with everything about this store it is the ONLY place in Las Vegas I would ever recommend and return to. Read moreHonestly there aren't enough words to express the immense amount of gratitude I have towards the staff at Herbally Grounded. In particular I really wanted focus my time and attention on Melora, just like she did with me when I randomly stopped by the store.
I have never met anyone as knowledgeable, patient and understanding of not only my health journey but health in general. I came in looking for a beetroot supplement and what started out as a quick 5 minute trip to see if a beetroot supplement would cause oxalate issues for me (as I've had battles with kidney stones throughout my life) ended up being a much deeper look into my overall health. Melora listened and listened AND LISTENED (I'll admit I can be long winded at times lol) and she really did her best to understand my health questions without trying to sell me on a product but more so to help me unpack what could be causing my health challenges at the root cause level.
After speaking with her, I asked if I could pay her for time because honestly she gave me as much insight on my overall health picture as my naturopathic doctor would have.
I walked in for some quick info on a supplement and walked out a lifelong client! If you ever have any questions, issues or challenges in regards to your own health, I implore you to stop by Herbally Grounded and talk to their team, look at their products (quite honestly the best selection/highest quality I've seen in town) and I guarantee you'll come out feeling better than when you walked in.

Read moreI’ve been shopping at Herbally Grounded for almost 14 years now, and I absolutely love the store and everyone has been so nice. In the last year, I’ve been shopping at the store on Eastern because I’ve moved closer to that area. I’ve noticed that Torie, the shift manager,has been very rude to me. When I approached her at the bulk section, she looked down instead of smiling and greeting me, like the rest of the employees do. When I was explaining how many stars I had on my punch card, and the item I want for free, she rudely abrupted me and said she knows how to do it. This has happened twice. What kind of customer service is that. I felt like walking out. The first time, even after I explained to her the amount of stars I had because I had three punch cards, she still try to cheat me out if one star. She should do something else rather than customer service. Im sure im not the only person she has been impolite to. I’ve taken classes there and have spent a lot of money there, so I hate to leave this bad review, but it really bothered me to be treated so poorly . It makes me not want to shop there anymore. I’ve referred many people to the store, so I hope this gets resolved. Herbally Grounded should not hire employees like this if they want to stay...
