UPDATE: Same garbage this time as last review! My order was a nitro. Shouldn't have been too difficult. I got there 10 minutes after placing the mobile order. Nothing. Used the restroom and waited... 5 minutes later I mentioned my nitro shouldn't take 15 minutes. I got an excuse of my order being lost, but then it was suddenly made. Really??
FIRST REVIEW: After being ignored at the mobile order pick up window for a solid 6 minutes while looking at my drink sitting behind the plexiglass, a girl finally asked me my name, repeated my name, then walked away and grabbed a mobile order that had just come in and started preparing it. She didn't bother to look at the mobile order in front of her that I was polite enough to not reach under the plexiglass and grab myself. After she started prepping someone else's drink I asked if I could just take mine. She walked over like it was not her job and I was asking a favor and handed it to me without a word. As if that whole interaction wasn't weird (and rude) enough, my order specifically said light ice; 3/4 of the cup filled with ice is not remotely close to that request. Since you charged $6 for my drink, the least you could do is get it right. Poor service, poor quality of the drink I ordered. Unacceptable Starbucks. I will not be visiting this location again. Got a hold of the District Manager which she was so nice. Laurie ensuring me that I was not banned from that store so me and my wife go back today. Try to order our drinks. On every visit, I have noticed that my drinks taste different from those I have had at other Starbucks locations. Additionally, the staff appears to be rushing to fulfill orders, which is surprising given that I was the sole customer last night and experienced a significant delay in receiving my order. This has been a recurring issue during each of my visits to this location. As a customer who is willing to pay for quality beverages, I find it disappointing to pay nearly $8 for a drink that is frequently prepared incorrectly.
