Been to this store four times in the last six months. Employees don't know how to sell products. I came in the first time with a phone sent to me by my cousin in Utah. None of the employees knew how to set up this phone with me as owner and as part of my cousin's Family Plan. Disgusted, I went to Tmobile store in the Galleria Mall store. Glass front of store physically vibrating from the toddler playground directly in front of Tmobile store. Never again! I left Tmobile with a level 10 of 10 migraine. Wasn't permitted to exit back door of first floor Tmobile mall store. Amazed I made it out in one piece! Ran through mall, looking for an exit. Slammed into a concrete covered mall trash recepticle! Banged & bruised, I managed to make it home by bus. Never EVER will I go to any mall again. Tmobile service there took 40 minutes to activate this LG Tmobile phone I am using now. Now handset won't update chrome. Wasn't offered financing for new handset. Was told I need at least $80. This last fiasco was last weekend. Devin was the employee who told me a new handset similar to my current LG that runs about $80. After contacting my cousin in Utah(acct.owner)..he was very upset financing was not offered. Last time I tried to find out about upgrades, I was told I had to be on this family plan "awhile" before a new handset is offered. This phone I am using IS a Tmobile LG Leon. Wish I can contact store manager! Saw him in the parking lot of the store months ago. Got an apology and offer to help me....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCame in on a Friday. Absolutely no one in there. I was sure I'd get treated like royalty bc of it. I kid but obviously but there were 4 workers inside and not a customer in sight. Came in and we were greeted immediately by 1 guy. He helped us right away. It was only a screen change and luckily they had the screen. Before they finished with my friend, I started looking at phones. No one asked if I needed help. I asked if I could see the s25 and it was like pulling teeth to get help. Then I asked how much I would need to pay today to get it. The lady came over to me and said "pull up your t life app and proceeded to say you can do it yourself and went through the process on how to. She said "when you're ready to buy, that's how you'll do it." The more this sits with me the more I get upset. When the hell did we become this society of "do it yourself" bc LADY! I DON'T GET YOUR SALARY by doing it myself!!! I'm pretty sure that lady has a job bc I'm a t mobile customer so no b I WILL NOT do it myself!! Literally, there were zero customer and bc you prefer to chitchat over working. They would have at least sold a watch that day. I'm sure a 500 sale over a zero sale is preferable by...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis review is a little late, but itās more well-deserved than any review Iāve ever written. I want to give a huge thank you to RJ, who went above and beyond to help me when no one else could. I had called T-Mobile customer service 4ā5 times, each call lasting over an hour, and still didnāt get my issue resolved. It was honestly a nerve-racking and frustrating experience that made me question staying with T-Mobile.
Then I met RJ at the store, and everything changed. RJ not only took the time to really listen but also worked through the issue with patience, knowledge, and determination until it was fully resolved. More importantly, he gave me reassurance and confidence that I could continue with T-Mobile after what I had gone through before.
RJ, I canāt thank you enough for your professionalism and dedication. You went above and beyond to fix something that others couldnāt, and that kind of service deserves recognition. T-Mobile is very lucky to have you on their team.
If youāre ever at this location, I highly recommend asking for RJāyouāll be in...
