Motel 6 Henderson, NV — Hotel in Henderson

THE RATING I GIVE FOR THIS PLACE IS A ---10 BUT IN ORDER TO POST YOU NEED TO HIT AT LEAST 1 STAR. MY HUSBAND AND I WERE RUNNING OUT OF HOUSING OBTAINS DUE TO HIS DISABILITY AND OUR MONTHLY INCOME SO WE CAME IN AS MONTHLY RESIDENTS. ALEX ( AKA- ALIES REIUZ) CLAIMS TO BE THE OWNER. BUT IS NOT. HE GAVE US A MONTHLY RATE OF $765 SO KEEPING OUR MIND OPEN WE THOUGHT THAT WAS A GREAT RATE. BY THE END OF THE MONTH WE WERE HIT UP FOR AN ADDITIONAL RATE OF $180 AFTER INFORMING US THE $765 ONLY COVERED 28 DAYS. (A month is a month). THE SECOND NIGHT WE WERE THERE THE PLACE WAS SURROUNDED BY POLICE ONLY TO ARREST A MURDERER THAT HAD BEEN LIVING THERE FOR MONTHS. THE DETECTIVES CAME TO OUR ROOM SEEKING INFO ON THIS PERSON WE DID NOT KNOW HIM. THEY THEN BEGAN ASKING US ABOUT THE SO CALLED OWNER. TELLING US HE REFUSED TO COOPERATE WITH THEM REGARDING THIS PERSON ( HE HAD MURDERED 3 HOMELESS PEOPLE WITH A SLEDGE HAMMER). SO COME TO FIND OUT ALEX (ALIES) IS HERE FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY AND SEEKING TO GAIN CITIZENSHIP I WOULD THINK HE WOULD WANT TO COMPLY WITH THE LAWS HERE. HE IS POCKETING MONEY, RUNNING PROSTITUTION AND DRUGS OUT OF THIS PLACE. HE IS A NON APPROACHABLE HUMAN. HE DOES NOTHING TO KEEP THESE PLACES UP. THESE ROOMS ARE DISCUSTING BUT WE KEPT OURS CLEAN ON OUR OWN. WHEN I CONTACTED BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND IMMIGRATION I LEARNED A WHOLE LOT. WE ARE GONE BUT MY HOPES ARE THAT WE CAN BE A VOICE FOR THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED THAT LIVE THERE AND COME AFTER US.PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE GIVING THIS MAN A PENNY AS HE IS JUST WRONG. I MUST SAY THAT AUSSIE HIS MAINTENANCE MAN DESERVES THE WORLD FOR WORKING AS HARD AS HE DOES AND PUTTING UP WITH ALEX. ALEX HAS NO RESPECT FOR HIM AND SENDS HIM TO DO HIS DIRTY WORK. To whom it may concern, I would like to explain to you my experience at motel 6 of Henderson, NV. My interaction with the front staff was unpleasant. I get it, he probably has to deal with a lot of rude people. He said I have to kick the door for it to open. I go to my room and the door key works only half of the time. Maybe the battery to the lock needs to be changed, okay this Is annoying but whatever. There is also a lot of people there using amphetemines, which I also whatever. Treat people with respect and love and literally no one is a threat. The floor was dirty and I took it upon myself to clean it. They rate limited the tub there was no stopper. There isn’t even a mirror in the room. He told me that I have to kick the door to open it. Look I don’t know, they seem to take pride in not taking care of their property. The rate was under $100, should I even be complaining? You claim you want to hear feedback and I just felt no one left the light on for me; in fact the switch and the bulb were missing. My room was missing a lightbulb on where used to be a mirror. I know these are all franchises. But please understand that this franchise is hurting your brand. I have stayed at over 8 different model6’s. San Bernadino was pretty bad too but I think their rooms had mirrors in them. I know this part of Henderson is ruff but look, if I wanted a section 8 housing stay I would have gone with the $60 motel, The reason I stayed there was because of the motel 6 brand. The rooms above the office appear to potentially be running some kind of brothel. ( unconfirmed ). This will be the last time I stay...

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely terrible. I was aware when booking that the stay here wasn’t going to be perfect, but I was in a bind, as I just had all my belongings and money stolen and figured it was a place to lay my head. I did not realize that people would be trying to break into my room at 9am. I booked two days. First off, they do charge a $100 deposit, unlike the motel 6 on Tropicana. They do not take electronic cards or have a way to pay anything online. Second, the room was not as advertised, there was no coffee maker or fridge. There was no remote for the tv. Luckily, an hour after getting into the room I get a knock at the door from the previous guest, saying that she accidentally took the remote. You would have thought the maid would have at least replaced it before renting out the room again. There was no shampoo or conditioner, only two bars of soap. Called down to the front and the guy said they only had 6 bottles of shampoo for the whole hotel. However, My main concern was my safety. PLEASE CHECK YOUR THAT YOUR WINDOWS ARE LOCKED UPON ARRIVAL. Mine were not and it wasn’t until the second night that I noticed people were coming in and out of the window of the room a few doors down that I had thought to check. They were unlocked. I think eventually security came and kicked them out but that didn’t stop people from still trying. the next morning I am woken up to someone trying to push open my window! Horrible experience, I will not be staying at this location again, even if I am as desperate as I was then. Make sure you do not stay here...
