Ulta locations carry a specific brand of hair care called Pravana. For the last year and a half I have gotten the shampoo conditioner and purple toning hair mask from this specific location no problems. all of a sudden this location quit carrying the mask in all sizes while other locations that are much further from my house continue to still carry the product. when I have asked employees about this and when they will get it again/if they can make sure to get it again I’m told that they cannot (these floor employees no one bothered to try and ask their manager) no one offered any assistance so I called customer service. customer service told me I should ask the location if they can order it which I told her I have already done this. So for whatever reason the travel size is cheaper to purchase than the full size bottle of this hair mask per ounce so I always came to the store about once a week to get this mask for my hair. it’s a seven dollar product. the employee at customer service told me I could order it online which I told her I’m not paying shipping on a seven dollar item whenever my local Ulta has always had it on hand up until recently, that’s ridiculous. why would I do that? I also checked other locations to triple check I was correct and sue enough they have the product in stock I’m seriously considering canceling my card over this because it is extremely inconvenient to be forced to purchase a specific amount of product to get free shipping on a seven dollar item when that’s all I really need especially whenever I’ve always been able to just pick it up in store right down the street from my house not a 30 - 40 minute drive ONE WAY. Ulta beauty on w Lake Mead parkway has been my go to store for all things beauty for around 4 years now. This includes the wonderful colognes I've purchased for my husband and son, to perfume for me, make up, various types of creams, and other products they offer. They have a wonderful selection, with fantastic prices on high end beauty supplies. They also offer you all kinds of free gifts with the purchase of a certain products . I love how friendly and knowledgeable their staff is, my son was involved in a car accident and had a chemical burn our Dr. believed was from the airbag. We had tried so many products on the market to help him with his issue to no avail. So I explained the situation to one of the wonderful workers at Ulta, and they recommended a cream I had never heard of. So I purchased it and give it to my son to use. Lo and behold after months and months of trying everything to help him this cream they turned me on to worked, and it worked fast! Within the first week he used it, he had fantastic results. I am so grateful to them for helping my son, and helping to give him his self-confidence back. If I could give this company more stars I would, they are the only store I will ever go to for all my beauty product needs. They really have an outstanding knowledge of their products, best of all they all their employees are so genuinely nice...

Worse Ulta I've even been to buy far. Employees have no sense of what a good customer experience is starting with Raena and Sam. Raena burned my daughters hair really bad and told us to just come back another day because she had kids to get home to, basically making long story short, she started yelling at us, making my daughter cry and saying things like " what do you expect coming to a place like this " and just got super mad because I told her that I wasn't gonna pay her unless she fixed my daughters hair. So she proceeded with trying to fix her awful mistake but with a nasty attitude, huffing and puffing. Then she got some Sam chick involved that right away came yelling at us telling us to leave the store, the manager was trying to print the ticket but claimed the computer wasn't working right and all while allowing them to continue to yell at us and made my daughter feel so bad to the point of not wanting to ever do anything to her hair again. Experience from hell that's for sure. Will definitely be shopping somewhere else and tell every single person I know. Good bye Ulta, you lost a few Diamond customers because of them so called hairstylists....
