Target — Local services in Henderson

I love this store, I really do. It's always clean and service is great and I never really have to wait long to check out....BUT I'm mostly here for groceries, and it can be so frustrating to find certain things in stock. I appreciate that Target is getting more and more plant based brands in their stores, but when they are continually selling out of the silk and ripple and beyond burgers and tofu and creamer and non dairy ice cream, I really have to wonder who's placing the orders for those items? I know some are new in stock to this store but some things like the milk have been there for years and are still sold out nearly every day. Increase the orders for these items, let corporate and district know the needs of your store. I'll always get my nice cream here and my daughter loves the place, but I'll spend more time driving to multiple other stores that keep their sections stocked than risk getting there and wasting time. So, 3 stars for the store, 1 less because of understocking and 1 less because its an ongoing issue. Yeah i could go to a real grocery store but this is the closest store to my house with the best plant based options and the next best stores are...

It's just like any other Target it's clean enough but the staff could be friendlier. We bought 2 PS4s ($600+), we ordered them for pick up so that they would be at the counter when we got there, the lady looked at me and did not say anything and just allowed me to stand there till I asked if she was going to help me then when they brought the boxes out they were damaged torn and dented...like they were going to pass off their terrible unpacking handling of these $300 items to me I told them get me ones where the boxes weren't damaged and instead of going and getting them for me they made me walk to the back tell the guy in the electronics area what I needed (he was the only nice friendly and polite one there, he was older with long hair) now what was the use of doing an online buy if I had to go to the back anyways. This is one of several instances of little discrepancies that make this place one we would rather not go to any more. They need to tell the staff to be friendlier and lighten up cause if they don't like working there to take their attitude and go somewhere else. I would rather go and drive to a different place than go...

Female Bathroom was filthy. Blood on seats, poop on seats, no toilet paper. Employees were not friendly. It was hard to find any employees in the back of the store near school supplies. Two employees told me that the school stuff was 50% off the ringing up price and when we got to the register we were told that wasn’t true. Spoke to a manager who eventually honored it after I got loud and upset that I was being lied to by employees or employees aren’t being told correct information. After I cashed out I noticed that the water bottles weren’t 50% off so I went to customer service. The lady who helped me wasn’t friendly. Seemed like I was a bother. Just wanted to get the price I was told so I could afford to donate the school supplies to my daughters school. Needless to say I was extremely Disappointed with this location.
