This location really needs to get it together before its too late!! MANAGEMENT PLEASE READ ALL OF THESE REVIEWS!! IM NOT THE ONLY ONE EXPERIENCING THE SAME ISSUES!! I would rather drive WAY out of my way to the location on Eastern than go here at this point.
Been here for breakfast and lunch/dinner. The only visit for breakfast (will be my last) I got cold coffee , undoubtedly from the night before. I got the grilled egg white sandwich and asked for no egg white and instead regular egg and she charged me for the substitute when typically egg whites cost more than regular and my reciept said "add egg". The muffin was also burnt.
I've come once for lunch. Got two kids chik fil a nuggets (breaded). One of the orders they put grilled chicken? The Mac and cheese for the side was cold. Got a side of fries and I will say EVERY TIME I've gotten fried they are SOAKED in grease!!! It's disgusting! I've gone to the eastern and w Flamingo locations for years and never had fries like this there. They are usually light and crispy. I'm more upset about these damn fries being soaked in grease than getting the wrong food lol.
Now for the few times I've been here for dinner , there has always been a screw up on the order. I get it we all make mistakes but literally every time I have come in, there's been an issue and my orders have never been special orders just regular menu items.
On one occasion for my kids school fundraiser night, my family of 5 came. I ordered tortilla soup -got chicken noodle. When I went up to tell them I got the wrong soup they brought the tortilla soup and I asked for the tortilla strips and was told they only come with crackers. I kindly said that it has always come with tortilla strips and the girl rolled her eyes and went to get me tortilla strips. I go to sit down, ate my soup, and then went to open my club sandwich only to notice there was no cheese and no bacon (so the grilled chicken sandwhich). I check my receipt and see I paid for the club, so I go up to let them know I need cheese and bacon. The girl , I don't know if she's a manager or not, says oh well okay cuz we probably only charged you for the grilled chicken. I said no, here's my receipt, and she just looks at it and says oh well here you go. No apology, nothing. This is a different girl than the one who first rolled her eyes at me.
Basically, get your crap together Chik fil A. Better customer service, figure out your fries, and teach everyone how to read orders and bag orders to minimize errors!
Positive note and kudos to the elderly gentleman who is somewhat of a busser. He was super attentive and polite, and did his job wonderfully. I did not catch his name, but he should be recognized for...
Read moreMy fiance and I frequent this location and it’s usually smooth, but on 12/26/24 we got home to find one of our chicken sandwiches was left out of the bag. Not a big deal, but I couldn’t return at the time so I called. The person I spoke with asked for the order number, which I found and gave to them, they asked for the name and phone number as well and I gave it, then they told me I could come back and get the sandwich when I could and to give the name from the order. It’s now been just under two weeks and we decided to get chicken sandwiches on our way home for dinner- perfect, we can grab our replacement sandwich from chick fil a. WRONG. we went through the drive thru and placed our order as well as letting the cashier know we’d like to get our replacement sandwich that we had called about previously. All smooth. They send us up to the pickup area to pay, we get our order, and the sandwich is not there. My fiance went inside to grab it where the employees informed him that they couldn’t find the information in their system. They asked him what the order number was (it was two weeks ago- it’s gone). They asked him if it was a ‘boy or a girl’ that he spoke to on the phone. At this point I looked the call up on my log to find the exact date as that was all the information I had- the person I had spoken to on the phone asked for the info they asked for then said I would be able to get the replacement if I gave the name. In the end, my fiance went to the back of the line and paid for the sandwich so we could have dinner. The customer service was incredibly frustrating and lacking in every way. Everyone was confused and I’m still shocked that they made him pay for a sandwich that we already paid them for and didn’t get. I understand the skepticism, but we spend no less than $40 on a regular chick fil a trip. Money is tight for everyone these days and we choose to spend ours here- $6 lost hurts me a lot more than it does the large company. Luckily a Raising Cane’s is being built across the street, their customer service is top tier and they’d never do...
Read moreWow, I cannot believe that this establishment refuses to make things right when they mess up an order! Based upon other reviews, there is definitely a pattern here!
A few weeks back (mid December), my husband placed an order through the drive thru. He ordered a Coke but was given a Dr. Pepper. Neither of us felt like returning, so we thought the simplest fix was to get a replacement on our next visit. I called and asked for the manager. She said that her name was Amy and that we would be added to a log for a replacement opportunity within 30 days. Fair enough, right? Wrong!
I stopped by (December 30th) and ordered a chicken sandwich and requested the drink replacement. The worker that tried to take my order had no idea how to do so and forwarded me to the window where I met Melissa.
She insinuated that I wanted a free sandwich too and I had to clarify what happened AGAIN. I had my receipt. She denied knowledge of an Amy (here we go). I asked for unsweetened tea this time, which she refused; saying that she could only give me what was on the receipt! Really? I can't make a healthier choice? And why did she hand me a child-sized drink vs the small cup that I saved at home but forgot to bring? The receipt didn't suffice?
I felt so undervalued as a customer that on principle, I called a customer service number to complain about my treatment. I was assured that someone would contact me about this "escalated" matter for a fair resolution. Well it's been almost another three weeks with no contact.
I was originally pleased that Chick-fil-a was coming to our area. Even though we don't know much about the establishment, we were excited for something new. Chick-fil-a will NOT earn our patronage with such...
