Their machinery broke down for a while which set them behind for several hours in loading. But, the supervisor that was managing the door and notifying the drivers to hit the door was professional. He promised to get me in the dock today and was true to his word. I’ve been to worse places. Mind you I wish they had more than one door for loading in the freezer side but it is a small joint and we can’t all get what we want. For loading head through the gate and to the end of the lot to the east. If there is a space open where the trailers are parked then back into one. The shipping receiving door isn’t marked but it’s the door next to the picnic tables under the blue tent. Head in there and there’s your typical shipping window and a sign in sheet. If there aren’t any spots then you might get away with parking along the fence line out of the way otherwise there’s plenty of curb parking...

Zero zero zero stars...........this place never changes!!!!......,I stop coming here for the same reason, even with trailer at -10 and on time at your appointment can take several hours if the shipper guys are in the mood, they load you but if you are late or one minute past appointment better be ready to wait up to 24 hours.

I decided to give it a shot today just because it was a good pay but won’t comeback at least for another year. In Las Vegas this is the worst shipper by far. I guess Unilever doesn’t care to pay $$$$$ extra for loads like this, but smart management employees will save their company lots of Money by coordinating better their loading policy. I will not comeback here unless they pay me 200 per hour for detention after 2 hours, and I almost sure they will. This time I’m getting only $125.00 p hour for detention but...

Place is a joke. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time and after stepping over the streams of goo I found the shipping office. Was told by the shipper that because I didn't arrive 30 minutes before my appointment, I was late. 🤔

I truly thought the guy was joking at first. Nope. " you have to pay the late fee before we load you" Uh..... OK how much "Is about 207 dollars" It's 207 exactly? "Yeah it's like around 207"

That conversation really happened. Long story short. They don't accept checks. Must be payed online by your broker or dispatch. Was actually $206.00
