Didn’t know anything about Cato until a friend told me about it. This is my 4th time shopping there and always walked out with at least 3 pieces of clothing and/or jewelry. I love the selection and the prices. Service is exceptional! CC and Melissa are always helpful and friendly. Brought a friend or two each visit and they all liked the store and the staff as well. Just went into the Hendersonville location looking to spend a decent amount of money. My 7 year old had to go to the bathroom & the sales lady denied her access to their bathroom- even though she was allowed to use it about 3 months ago. I laid down the clothes & walked out! I am appaled at the lack of customer service and that a CHILD would be denied a restroom. Thank goodness for the nice people next door at Planet Fitness! Just lost me...

I love that Cato devotes half of it's store to plus sizes. They have cute clothes and are well organized. Their clearance prices are great; even full price is quite reasonable.
