I had been craving some fried chicken wings since this was my cheat day decided I would stop at this location food and service normally great but this day nah they missed big time.. The cashier started off friendly I wanted 4wings coleslaw and redheads and rice. She stated she only had spicy and it would be 20mins on the regular I got the spicy since I was trying to get to work. Now you would've had to be Ray Charles to serve someone chicken that look like it's been sitting in the windows since lunch it was dark with no life left in it. I park and went inside she was outside giving orders to the customers that had been waiting when she came back in she went right back to working never washed her hands didn't acknowledge the customers waiting in the lobby proceeded to take drive thru orders. I didn't see a manager nowhere nor the the 3 guys in the back come to the front to assist. When she finally came to the counter I told her this chicken is old she got and attitude grabbed the box fix me some more chicken which was not what I ordered breast thigh and leg. The rice was uncooked barely in that cup just very disappointed a wasted of a cheat day. If customer service is not her main thing she doesn't need to be working there I don't spend my hard earn money on rude service wish I could post this chicken . I came Friday...
Read moreIts a wonder that this location and ANY Popeye's location for that matter is still open for business. I thought madison and gallatin locations were bad but this one is just as bad if not worse. Parking lot was empty and now I know why. Several cars in the drive thru waiting along with people in the dining room that were in the drive thru and decided to come in to see what was going on. Place was a wreck which is sad because its a newly built building. Employees and manager were of no help. Manager was by the front counter on his personal phone cursing and arguing with someone as he was attempting to put together an order. Yelling and complaining to the other employees as well. Not a good look for him or the establishment. Ended up walking out without even ordering or eating. No one wants to work these days but it seems a company that would like to succeed would at least vet the people they hire so that they represent the company well. This is not the case with any Popeyes location I have ever visited. I honestly don't know why I keep trying. Maybe I have hopes that they actually get their act together. Don't bother visiting this location and take your hard earned...
Read moreYou’ll have to tell the cashier 15 times what you ordered, then you’ll have to pull up and wait 20 minutes on your food and it will still be wrong, so then you’ll have to wait another 10-20 minutes…. No worth it. And don’t ever come past 5pm you’ll regret it! And you know when you shouldn’t be going here I had three other people in front of me and one behind me every single person went back to the drive-through because their order was wrong.
Update: even at noon on a slow day they make you pull up and wait. People yelling inside, cold food again. Door dashers pissed and waiting. Went in to see if they’ve changed 3 months later and nope.
Close this place down. Review changed from 2 to 1 star.
I work in food service, and I get times are hard, but the way these employees act is down right bad.
