M&A Smokes and Vape — Local services in Hendersonville

Up until the beginning of this month, I would have given this shop a 4+ star rating. Great customer service, etc. spending, $50 to $150 per visit a couple times a month.

In the 1st week of November, 2020 i went into the store and found a new employee/manager on duty. I continued to purchase a few items as intended which included premium butane. The nozzle on one can must have been defective and broke off completely making the entire can useless.

I tried to exchange the can and was told "no returns". I understand a small shop and policies, but defective merchandise.

The staff at this vape shop is awesome! No matter what question you ask, nor how many questions you ask, they always have an answer for you! They're so helpful. It's like every time I come in, they have new vapes to choose from. It makes me very indecisive but the staff always has a way to help me make a decision! I love that they've started their little vape deal with after 6 vapes you get a free vape. That's pretty cool.
