Update: This place literally stole my money. They charged us for food we didn’t even receive after he told me it was voided. I asked for a receipt to prove it was voided and he refused, telling me it wasn’t possible, and that was a lie. Please never support this shady business.
I cannot believe what an absolutely horrible customer service experience I just received here. We placed a to go order on their website, and got home to find out that my meal was wrong. I received a box of vegetables instead of an enchilada. I called to get the correct meal, and was repeatedly told that I was not given the wrong meal as they argued that I ordered something different, even though my receipt clearly said ENCHILADA. They made me drive back with the wrong meal, and my receipt to prove it. I drove back, showed them my receipt.. and the manager continued to tell me it wasn’t their fault and that’s not what THEIR computer says. He never once offered to make get me the right food and only blamed me. Clearly their ordering system is messed up, which is no fault of mine. I will not support such a rude establishment so I asked for money back, and now I go hungry as my whole family already ate an hour ago. I cannot believe they would blame me for THEIR mistake, even after I brought back the proof they demanded. Then the hostess rudely said “next time don’t shove the phone in his face.” Okay girl, next time don’t give me the wrong meal, make me drive it back so you can trash it, accuse me of lying, and demand that I show you my receipt (which was on my phone). I worked in restaurants for 10 years and I have never witnessed employees and management treat customers like this. Read moreI used to go there every week when they first opened. They all used to be very nice. Not anymore. I believe it's the sister of the owner that was so rude to me. I will never go back and I have told all that ask me to meet there for dinner which is weekly. I placed an order on the phone to the Hendersonville store since I live there and it's programmed into my phone. I went to pick up 35 mins later since it was Thursday. The girl could not find my order so she went and got her boss. I was patient as these things happen when you're busy. She came over already carrying an attitude. She said what is your name and I gave it to her with the phone no. and what I ordered. I usually order the same thing. She said you must have called Asheville because we don't have it. I said I live in Hendersonville and your no has been programmed in my phone since you opened. I know who I called and I spoke to a young woman who had broken English. She said you had to have called Asheville. I was getting mad. Instead of saying, Lady we are sorry your order did not go through, but if you would like to sit and have some chips and salsa we will get it ready for you. No nothing. I said can I still get this order and she hatefully said Yes after looking at the clock. I went and helped myself to the salsa bar, but I was so mad I could not eat. I got my order and went home. Read moreI was really disappointed tonight. We've came here for a very long time, we've spent ALOT of money here, we literally recommend everyone here for awesome Mexican food. And before I continue, tonight the food was cooked great....But it wasn't what I ordered. And I've ordered here lots of times. When ordering I specified exactly what was wanted, and even double and triple checked it and made sure it wasn't something else. When I received it, it was the thing I specifically asked for it NOT to be. Now normally I'm an easy person with this kind of thing because I've waited tables for years. So when I brought it to the servers attention and they pretty much told me "Oh well, not our problem you still have to pay for it because Im not paying for it"..And then when I asked if I could just send this back and get what I asked for, or something even simpler so it was easy on them I was told "sure you can but you have to pay for it all".. the wrong order and the new order..Its safe to assume I was pretty upset. Then I order something simple because my son needed to eat and when I got that it had something on it I asked for it not to have also.. I didnt even say anything we just paid and left. If it was my fault and I didnt know what I was ordering or if I was careless about it (which I've done before) I would be more than happy to "eat the cost".
