Super disappointed. We always go to the one on sweeten creek and love it there. Since we were already in hendersonville we stopped by this location instead. We bought 5 and ALL of them only had flavor added to the top half only. The entire bottom half of ALL of our cups was literally JUST ICE. Its a great deal when they do it right. Kind of a rip off for a cup of flavorless ice though. Since the “new management” has taken over this once great establishment it has gone down hill. The staff pre shaves the ice and leaves it in a freezer and it’s hard as a rock, not the fluffy greatness I expect. This has happened to me on three occasions now and I believe it to be completely unacceptable. Pre shaving the ice should never be acceptable and this is just laziness on the staffs part.
