5 stars so google cant take it down. I used to come here all the time from 2014 to 2019 now every time i come here the person has no idea what I'm talking about.

It's not hard to understand COFFEE NOT FRAPPE!

I don't understand how this place is even in business if employees dont know the difference.

Apparently employees have a very hard time with special request!

I draw the line at having to tell the employee 10x COFFEE NOT FRAPPE those 3 words should NOT need to be REPEATED!

I had a problem last yr with a employee who refused to do special request.

Literally EVERY OTHER coffee shop within 50 miles (i travel a lot) knows this difference.

NO OTHER coffee shop within 50 miles has trouble when i say blended COFFEE!

NO ONE at any other coffee shop within 50 miles argues that they want to give me a FRAPPE because its too much extra effort to blend a COFFEE.

I lost count how many times i told her I DON'T want a frappe or a powder. Again i should not have to repeat this.

I'm autistic and i know the difference so thats pure laziness on her part she doesn't want to take an extra 1 minutes to blend ice what a joke this place has become it used to be the best in town once upon a time guess they stopped training employees right and they have definitely hired more than their fair share of lazy people in the past 2 years

If you are a coffee snob or like to add special requests go somewhere else

I can't tell you how many chances I've given this place to make my coffee right and had to drive away such a shame to see a once awesome place to grab my coffee and go go downhill like that.

I wish there was another family drive through coffee shop because this place isnt worth the hassle and frustration anymore.

Waste of gas and time.

Edit: knowing that they back the blue I will never give this place business again the cops in Henderson county are corrupt and have ruined many lives including mine by supporting the police you are supporting innocent people's lives being demolished we don't live in a world anymore where the police are...

I had walked in after a long day of appointments and saw that the advertised boba. I didn’t give it a second thought and turned right in. We ordered a double boba chai and a snickers coffee and 2 scones. The bill was 18.75 plus I left gratuity. At first I didn’t think it was a steep price for what we ordered. We sat down and waited as the two women worked the window and the front. The snickers coffee came out first and it was okay for what it was. We wouldn’t order it again though. Then the lady who took our order came up to me and asked what flavor of boba and I said, “just the regular brown sugar please.” She looked at me and said, “we have only these flavors.” When she name off the flavors and described it I quickly realized this was bubble tea, not boba. They are two very different things. I graciously told her, “I will just have the iced chai.” Now, I know the prices of boba and especially a double boba. When she said she would bring me and iced chai, she made no effort to offer me the money back that I paid for the double boba. A chai latte and double boba chai are not the same price. I didn’t say anything because at this point I just needed to sit quietly and process the day. My chai came out and I took a sip and it tasted like iced milk with a splash of chai. I sat my drink down and we ate our scones. The scones were pretty good, and would order again. That’s when I watched one of the girls eat a muffin in the front, lick her fingers and go right to the window to take orders. That was it for me. I was looking forward to returning and giving it another try. After watching that, I could never trust the sanitation. I was willing to be overcharged, a horrible chai latte and still return to try again, but no after watching a worker lick their fingers and then proceed to take orders and touch food, and coffee. Please know we love local business and want them to succeed and that’s why we choose them over Dunkin’ or Starbucks. Sanitation is everything in the food and...

I'd give this place,the owner,the staff and coffee and giant warm cinnamon rolls 20 stars if I could Whohoo,just had some great experiences at the ugly mug. Had great tasting sugar free flavored ice coffee,met the nicest owner AND they are dog friendly. Since they only sell coffee type stuff and pastries you can bring your pooch. Any dog lovers want to organize a doggy and doggy owner social? If you have a dog who is not ppl or dog agressive I encourage you to go to the ugly mug. They even have sugar free vanilla coffee and sugar free mocha coffee or you can mix and match both flavors. I tested it with my glucose meter it really is sugar free and it tastes amazing, could drink it all day long,my daughter has to hide my too go coffee,so I don't drink it all today and stay up all night and so I can check my blood sugar at a reasonable time. Planning on coming back lots of times, especially after I get Buster,my Bull dog mix Service dog who loves other dogs and will have some off time to meet other dog friendly dogs.
