Was told that I had 30 days to exchange a mattress didn’t work. Call the very same day that it was delivered and was told now I have to wait 30 days before I can make an exchange of the same or greater price. I have some medical issues and I informed the gal that was working there. That I did have problems with my back. I did lay on the mattress in the store. It was going to work. But it is way too hard. The only reason why I bought mattress was because I had 30 days. As far as I’m concerned, Your companies like a used car salesman once you buy it you’ve got it no matter what. That is so wrong I will inform other family members and friends of this situation. Buyer beware Walkers Furniture called me back the next day and said they would replace the mattress that I had just purchased. I went in and tested other mattresses. I found one that I hope works for my medical issues. They were very kind. Jen went out of her way to make it possible for me. I thank you very much and I apologize for the remark that I made about walkers Furniture not being any better than a used car salesman. They really do care about their clients. I will be buying other things from them...

I walked in and was pleasantly greeted. I stated what I was looking for which started out as end tables and in the back of my mind a price on a couch and recliner.

I was shown many tables none of which really worked that was on display. So I was shown some living room furniture that I need but not in a hurry. Danielle showed me some nice pieces. I asked if she would come to my home and measure and make recommendations since I was remodeling.

She was prepared with samples, took some measurements and then made some suggestions.

I then bought everything to fit my great room that included end tables (to be ordered) that match the room colors and the furniture that fits the room! And two rugs that were lower priority but a great investment.

An amazing experience because I would never have purchased the furniture without that important element of making it all work because of her input.

I went in to look for a Dining table at their small store across the street....They had a table I liked but it was a little bigger than I wanted...the lady in that store was very nice and told me the catalogue for that furniture was across the street...so I went across to that store and asked about the catalogue to check the table sizes...one of the women handed the catalogue to me and said " you can take that back across the street" she never bothered to help which would have been nice since the dining table was not in the catalogue she gave me. She was too busy talking with the other sales lady in the middle of the store now..The lady behind the counter finally tried to help when I handed her the catalogue on my way out the door..by the way that dining table was $1999. That's what Walker Furniture lost when I left !!!! I...
