Love the shop but I purchased a SIC tumbler for my grand daughter yesterday afternoon. She wanted a different color. Tumbler was still in there bag with the receipt and completely unused. I went in today and asked if I could exchange the color. I did NOT want to return and get a refund just an exchange. I was told the policy was “ all sales are final”. I wish I had known there is a no exchange for the same product. Buyers be aware of their policy because I wasn’t aware. In response to your review response I didn’t read the signs as I walked in the tumblers were at the front door and I walked to the register. I came to shop so I didn’t read signs and that’s my fault. No exchange due to Covid was the reasoning in your review response but I wonder how many products have been sneezed on or coughed on or touched by Covid positive or even carriers? Maybe if that’s the reason for no exchanges you should have a mask required sign on the door since you say you care about the customer and Covid. Covid has turned into an excuse...

Perfect stop if you want a store where it degrades it’s employees! How about a store that will talk bad about you after you leave? How about a store where the owner degrades applicants or current employees because of their weight even though the owner was tal so heavy weight before she went and got surgery? Oh! How about a store that will steal ideas from other local businesses, promote them as their own and make fake profiles to comment on the competitions profiles to make their own business look better? This store is made up of different things made and offered by local people and some store bought items they are selling.There are many items that are offered here its a lot like a small inside flea market.Some of the items are higher than they should be but other items aren't too high priced.There are things to offer for most everyone here watch Your children if You take them here there's lots of breakable things and there's signs saying if it's broken then You pay.All in all though a nice store...
