Now this place was a pleasant find!!! All their items are sourdough and delicious. Some of the items we wanted to try were already sold out the time of day we went, so next time we will go earlier. Pay attention to days and time open before you plan trip. The chocolate chip salted sourdough cookie was good! I will say a few were just on the verge of being burned but the size and flavor were impressive. The texture was so chewy, yet crunchy edges and better than these overhyped cookie places in the are. The chocolate croissants were buttery, rich and tangy. They gave us a free classic loaf since our first visit which I thought was very kind, points for caring about your customers. If you’re a sourdough lover you know how hard it is to find good sourdough bread. The sourdough here is the best sourdough bread I have ever eaten. The vibe of the bakery is laid back and calming. The owner is highly knowledgeable about bread making and takes care to only use high quality ingredients with no added GMOs, fake fillers, or low quality grain. 10/10...
