I'm only speaking to the party atmosphere as that's all I've been here for. But it's pretty bland compared to the other options you can do for the kids.

Plus staff seem to be only here in the capacity of making sure the place gets paid and people leave. A child got hurt while we were here and the only girl in site working was poking around on her phone, not even acknowledging a child crying as they walked by.

Better to take your money elsewhere for a child's party. It'd be more fun, and safer,...

We use to love it, We would rent it twice a year for both the girls birthday's...We would play on the trampolines and foam pits with the kids, Never had a problem, until now. We rented it and was told adults ain't aloud in there or on the trampolines, needless to say they lost our business and our family's.. I won't pay what we pay if we can't have fun and enjoy it with our kids... From the looks of other reviews I'm not the only one that...

Once upon a time this was a nice place. But now there are so many dangerous areas. Concrete exposed all around foam pit. Hole in trampolines covered with tape, concrete exposed all around trampolines. Bounce houses won't inflate all the way. Such a sad thing to see one of my childhood places go...
