This is an establishment that I have been coming to since the early 90's I've seen many changes here. When I first walked into Baseball & Games I met Phill, the owner back in the early 90's and he was Absolutely Awesome he taught me a lot of what to look for in the trading card hobby, and I would go in there just to pick up a card, and end talking to Phill for hours, those were the day ! I'm still coming to Baseball & Games even now. As a matter of fact I bought a Beautiful 2005 Bowman Chrome Blue Refractor Russ Martin #224 Auto PSA Mint 9 slab at a Super price ! Just yesterday on Tuesday January 3rd, which brings me to the whole reason I'm writing this review. The young man by the Name Connor sold me this Beautiful Gem 💎 Of A card, and every time I walk into Baseball & Games he always gives me the warmest welcome ! Always ready to help, very polite, has Exceptional Customer Relations ! in short he is a Gem 💎 of an Employee a Great and Exceptional worker and Always a Complete pleasure to do business with. Idk who the owner is. I know some of the staff are nice, patient and let you look to see what you want. They have some thing to collect for everyone, and torments which is really cool. I don’t know another store up here like it. There was 1 man I didn’t really like. I came in at the last minute and he was like we are closing in 2 mins which was fine. But he didn’t say “hey, Hello, how many help you?” So which was kinda a rude thing to me and makes me seem like they don’t put there fourth effort to be good and help the customer. It was just 1 guy. The rest of the staff are pretty nice they greet you coming in and they greet you coming out. So over I’d rate a 4 I would do5 but just because the one hiccup I had, all he had to do was say “ Hello, how was your day?, and just a heads up we do close in 5mins!” But you never know people couldn’t be having a bad day.
