Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would and I don’t say that lightly. It’s very unfortunate because I’ve been wanting an indoor playground in the high desert for some time. This place was awful. Parents treat it as a daycare for their kids to run wild without supervision. The “staff” allow it because no repercussions were placed. I do not feel comfortable with my child’s safety even if I am on them like a hawk, the kids are ruthless and the parents are too, go figure. It’s way too small for the amount of things they have to do, there’s little to no space to walk or stand without being trampled which is a huge safety issue. Staff is so nonchalant about anything happening. They are representing this company, they need to take a stand and enforce the rules. And to top off my lovely first time experience, one little boy who must have been at least 5 years or older decided to fully undress, underwear and all, and continue to play. When I notified the staff and they finally were able to find the damn parents, they laughed about it!! What kind of sick people do they allow in their facility?! Completely horrible management if u can even call it management. The fact that it was that out of control the way it was speaks volumes of the facility and whoever owns it. Horrible! And needs to be fixed! Or shut down! Don’t go here! Not worth it...

This place is smaller than other playgrounds Has 2 bathrooms .1 with a changing table and 1 without.both are genderless.and are individual bathrooms.

We stood here for 2 hours.

They sell food but don't have tables,you are allowed to leave and return within the day as you ease to eat.outside food is not allowed.i didn't see parents in the structures with their children so I assumed we weren't allowed to follow out children in the multi level structures.but I did follow my baby around the mat areas and has my other 2. Follow my baby in the structures.

For reference my children are ages 2,7,11.All girls.well behaved.Not loud,polite.

The children generally had a good time until some I'll mannered boys thought they owned everything and tried to bully a 3 yr old girl who followed my oldest around (11). So my 11 yr old stuck up for her.my ,7 yr old stood by her.we we're leaving just right before they told us anyway.that is not the establishments fault as it is out of their control how people raise their children.and they were not aware of the incident.

We only go to indoor playgrounds 1 time to review as many as possible.despite it being small in size if I was in the neighborhood and didn't mind going to the same indoor playground I'd still go here.its understand that it's small.,you have to...

Loved this place, until the music turned to ja rule and ashanti music. I asked for it to be changed to kids music. The young lady did. But then she comes and says sorry than ask IF I AM RACIST? exact words "what are you racist?" I feel disrespected and hurt. I come here with my friends and our kids to have a good time and this is how I am treated. thank god First Bash center opened up. Those workers are sweet and do not ask if I am racists when music is asked to change to kids music in s a kids play place. In which I know they only play kids music. I will not be coming back and I will make sure to leave comments to make sure other parents know how they will be treated when ask to change r and b music. i now feel uncomfortable and hope actions are taken and your employee is reprimanded for her actions. i also hope you can create a training for your employees so they know this is a childrens play place and correct music should be played along with the appropriate attitude.
