Grocery Outlet — Local services in Victorville

9/4/25 at 9:50 i came in 10 minutes to closing for a bag of chips and a soda. i get to the aisle, grab my chips and go to walk to checkout when a male worker CODY with the greasiest slick back hair groans and then yells across the store “there’s ALWAYS one” so i said “sorry, i’m done, i was literally heading out” and he proceeds to tell me “yeah we close in 5 minutes so you need to wrap it up” with the most attitude i’ve heard from an EMPLOYEE. he said this 8 minutes to closing time as i was already walking to the front of the store. i told the manager on duty and she hesitantly said “oh” “sorry” 🤷‍♀️ seems like you can work here and talk to people however you want, because that definitely builds customer loyalty. LOL a joke of a store if nothing is done about their employees being rude when i sweetly apologized and blatantly yell across the store for literally no reason. never returning because of that one guy and the female manager that seemed to not care either. there was a nice lady at the cash register so at least one person...

Thus was go8bg to be my first visit to Grocery Outlet, and I didn't really know what to expect. My daughter and I arrived around 6 pm on a Tuesday, and the store was clean And well stocked. Grocery Outlet is a smaller store compared to some of the other big grocery chains out there and it abd the variety is a bit limited. However, the polite staff and low prices more than make up for it. Check out took longer than I would have expected. Only one cashier was open, and a second cashier was not called for until the line was 6 people in line. Our cashier was having a personal conversation with a customer that had nothing to do with anything Grocery Outlet related and. Went on for some time chatting while the line was Starting to back up, and I found this a bit annoying. Over all it was a good value for money, and I will definitely...

I love this grocery store. Knowing that this store is privately owned by individuals who have pride of ownership make a huge difference In how its operated. This store has everything you need starting off with quality, price, and great customer service. You want "organic" which I live by! They have it and reasonably price. If you want something they don't have rest assure the management will do their best to get it.. this place is clean, you get greeted as soon as you walk thru the door, and you also get savings recognition for Saving money for shopping there. Keep up the good work by giving the city of Victorville a good name by bringing Quality Foods, Great Pricing, and Outstanding...
