I have sent flowers to others many times, from different states, throughout my life and have NEVER been as happy and satisfied as I was Monday. I wanted to get my friend a very large impressive bouquet. She has been sick, and I wanted something that would cheer her up. I decided to get my bouquet from a florist near her home. I am fed up spending money to send flowers and find out they looked nothing like the what I chose from pictures online. I called Blue Petals and talked to Ricardo and told him what I was looking for. I told him the size I wanted and colors. On their website I looked at their photos and sent him a pic of one of the biggest bouquets I’ve ever seen! I chose one that was a very beautiful bouquet, of mostly light colored flowers and I wanted something vibrant. I got a call after texting with Ricardo, and a very friendly and helpful lady, Claudia, called me and talked to me for a few minutes making suggestions, etc. She promised to make it spectacular and she wasn’t kidding! Within a couple of hours the bouquet was delivered, by Ricardo, and it did not disappoint. My friend was just as blown away as I had been over the friendly and very professional way Blue Petals handled my purchase. I was so pleased by her reaction to the bouquet. She said the young man was so friendly and the bouquet was so gorgeous, that she forgot to tip him!! My friend was happy she had been introduced to Blue Petals this way, because she also has been disappointed time and time again and plans to give Blue Petals her business from now on. I can’t say enough about this entire situation! When you need it to be PERFECT -

My friend's husband passed away and I wanted to make sure to send her something beautiful. The gorgeous arrangement Alonzo put together exceeded my expectations! Not only was it stunningly perfect, but the attention to detail was most impressive! He hand wrote the text I sent him on a note card to be delivered with the flowers. In addition, he drew a beautiful multicolored cross on the card. (I had mentioned earlier that they are Catholic and he remembered - How incredibly thoughtful!) He also added a really cool dove accessory in with the arrangement. All through the process, he texted me with photos of the card and arrangement to make sure everything was perfect.

The kindness and compassion I was shown during a time of sadness is appreciated more than I can say.

Needless to say, my friend was very touched, and sent me a photo thanking me and gushing about the beautiful flowers.

Customer Service was horrible, the lady working the front had an attitude the whole time, i showed her what ive order before, for the same arrangement they were trying to charge me double, i paid $150 the first time and then when u went in for one the same they were trying to charge me $320. I walked out buying 2 arrangements i ask for one describing exactly how i wanted it with the owner, he said and i quote about what happened with the lady " theres nothing i can do to make it better" lol the level of professionalism. And these are award winning company? Yikes... i normally have no complaints with the arrangements they make i paid $233 and i walked out with half make arrangement they could care less to make a nice arrangement and nothing that i asked for was in this arrangement and i had to wait an hour for them to make it.
