Tacos la Madrina never disappoints. Everything about them is immaculate. From the service to the food. I messaged them through Google to place an order and they got back to me not even a minute later. Withing 5 I had placed my order, paid and just had to pick it up. I am apart of their new system they have going on through Facebook/Facebook messenger and because joined they sent me a coupon for 3 quesabirria tacos. With or without a coupon though, they are so worth it! Food: The consomé alone is packed with so much flavor. You can taste every single spice! So delicious. The Quesabirria tacos were to die for. It’s generously filled with meat and cheese. The perfect amount of crispiness and then pairing both the tacos and the consomé is a match made in heaven, with the salsas too. Even the pickles onions were delish. The carne asada fries were evenly spread. Literally everything was so good. I have never eaten food so fast before. My son, couldn’t have eaten his taco any faster! There’s a reason why they’re #1 in the HD, and if they’re not, they are in mine and my family’s book. Everything we tried was terrible and super greasy! We waited almost an hour just to get our food. We thought it must be really good if there is a long line. Well, we were very disappointed that the food was the worst of everything that we have ever eaten! My wife and I ordered several tacos of different meats and they were all terrible tasting! Also ordered a torta, and it was the smallest, geasiest, worst tasting torta I have ever had! She loves Jamaica, so of course we are going to try it, and it was horrible! Even their cilantro, onions, lime, radishes, etc. tasted terrible and even looked bad/rotten. Being latinos we have tried tons of taco places, some good and others not so good, but this was the worst we have ever had! When we arrived home, we were missing tacos from what we paid/ordered. I'm originally from L.A and so being chicano I've had eaten a lot of tacos/ burritos in my life. And so I read all the great reviews and decided to go try them. I had the queso Birria with consume. My kids had same, plus mulettas. My husband had a buche taco and a cabeza burrito. Well the consume was super salty. I tasted more salt than flavor. My birria tacos weren't all that great for my liking. The mulettas were supposed to be with asada but it was mostly just cheese with a sprinkle of some meat. And finally my husband's burrito and taco. The taco's meat which was buche tasted burnt. And as for the burrito, truthfully it was the worst burrito we had ever tasted, it had some strange and overpowering herbal flavor. That had actually, caused my husband a headache, because it was that strong, and so he didn't finish his food, since it was that awful and that's not like him.
