DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! I called customer service TWICE to confirm I was eligible for an upgrade and both times the customer service representative confirmed ALL five lines were eligible for an upgrade at a discount, in fact a super cheap one. When I told the second CS representative my frustrations of these store scam artists he straight up told me these guys lie ALL THE TIME AND DISREGARD THEIR PROMOTIONS TO MAKE THEIR COMMISSION. disgusting. I’ve been a Metro member for years now, we’ve hardly ever been late and never upgraded or asked for anything and both times now their scam employees lied straight to my face and said “you’re not eligible you have to buy it for full price” the second time I went in, the guy straight up asked me “have you had the upgrade plan for 12 months? That’s the only way you’re eligible” and to be fair I’m not the account holder but I know we’ve been with them for years with their premium plan so?? Anyways, I say “yea I’m sure we’ve had you guys for years” and he almost laughs and goes “well this plans only been out for three months so there’s no possible way you’re eligible” like ???? THEN WHY ASK LMAO these guys are JOKES. especially I believe to younger people, absolutely no customer service skills at all ON TOP of trying to scam people. Imagine that? You can’t run a successful scam for long when you have a horrible attitude too, trust me metro. I will never go back to this store, even if my life somehow depended on it. In fact I’m going to convince my family to move services because this practice is disgusting. The customer service representative straight up told me to buy the phone from a third party for cheaper and to CALL THEM TO SWITCH TO AVOID ANY IN STORE FEES BTW, because these scam artists do this ALL THE TIME, even when people call customer service IN STORE to confront them, the guy said it’s happened a LOT and they still deny the promos. Idc about your commission, I’m not paying it. I hope these scam artists legit have trouble sleeping every night because yikes what a disgusting practice. I hope they’re all ashamed of themselves,...

I was on a mission. I was ready to divorce Apple! Sick of their manipulation to get you to spend money you don't have. In this economy???no way. I was greeted when I walked in and both yosouf and Angel helped me out with what I needed. For a fraction of the cost I get an android phone that has sooo much more memory and ram and other features. No long lines , want to mention Carmen she was really helpful she took the time to help me with a issue I was having with my phone..and she fixed it!!
