It’s been awhile since I’ve gone shopping shopping, I have MS and it’s tough on me, I’ve had mostly deliveries. Was out with my daughter the last few days, getting our own shopping done. My daughter and I went to Staters the other night, it was pretty late at night so we weren’t able to finish our shopping, we didn’t even make it to fresh fruits and veggies and meats, and it cost us 260+, my daughter needed to get out to hesperia today, I looked up meat markets, found this one due to the reviews, and it had 5 stars. Meat costs a fortune right now, but what do you do? You need to eat right ? I went in, the people that work there are so incredibly nice, I purchased, chicken breasts, pork chops, stew meat, marinated chicken breasts, steak, I honestly thought my stater bros bill was so high, this will be too, I spent 67 dollars, I couldn’t believe it, I honestly thought the price was wrong. It was right! Let me tell you, if you haven’t tried out this place, you really must. Again the staff is amazing, it’s clean, the meat is fresh, it smells fresh, ( nothing worse than meat mkts that smell! I purchased a lot of meat. No more purchasing my meats at Staters. This is my new favorite meat market, your missing out if you don’t try...

Can't believe I had never tried this place. After the hype from the other new guy in town and how much he's spending on advertising and seeing their prices, I saw people suggest this place as well. I was very surprised on the level of customer service you get here.

1. meats are on display, they slice them for you.
2. if you want it "preparada" or prepared for grilling just let them know, it's free.
3. meat is weighed before they add the juice marinade.
4. the chorizo was very Delicious
5. some of the best diesmillo I've had up here in a while. Looked much nicer than what they had at Vallarta, and was cheaper. Boneless.
6. cards accepted, English/ Spanish speaking butchers.

I may give the other guy a try, since he's much closer and this is out of my way, but this is the place to go if you...

I'm new to the area. It's difficult to find a decent meat market/butcher shop anywhere. They claim that their meats are fresh cut and it really is. I bought some beef flap meat it was very tender so it was easy to cut and chew and not stiff like cardboard . I like that they added the marinade after the meat was weighed. Other places have it pre-marinated and are sneaky by adding marinade juices in the bag when they weigh the meat. The prices are very reasonable. I'll definitely be buying my meats...
