My family and I frequently order and come to this pollo loco. Today was possibly the worst experience we’ve ever had while dining in. The cashier, I believe his name was Rafael, who took our order was a sweetheart. He was so attentive, so kind, and was so patient while we ordered. He even went on to recommend some of his favorites, which we tried and they were great. On the other hand, The younger employee, I believe his name is Michael, was handing out the food had the rudest attitude. I’ve worked customer service all of my life and have never once given customers attitude or treated customers bad. At first everything was ok when we got our order, but after we got our plates anything else we asked for seemed like a chore. Instead of doing the regular “any sauces or salsas?” My mom and I would have to ask for our things out loud. There was 2 people who were assembling the orders together and both would just look at us and look back at the order. Even a simple “we’ll be right with you.” Goes a long way. When we asked for jalapeños or a water cup, Michael would say “we don’t have any” When the customer before us had gotten the cups and the jalapeños. Working with customers is a pain I get it, but despite how bad a work day is or gets never let it get in the way of giving a customer good...

His whole attitude, suckling, Customer Service I highly recommend not to go there or management change this person in fact, a customer in front of my wife walked away without ordering because the presentation of his attitude. Read moreMy wife and I went to this location to get 2 burritos and 1 quesadilla. After we put in our order, 2 women came in and ordered. I noticed that the long line at the drive through that was there when we walked in was quickly empty. So the drive through has priority over walk in. The 1 of the 2 women got her meals (about 3 of them) before us. My wife question the manager and told him we ordered before her. He said that because her order was quick, they made it right away. Soon after the second women got her order and she had 4 burritos. We finally got our order and I gave it back and asked for my money.
